To check and/or update your Sage credentials, click on your company name and go to the 'Sage Settings' page as shown below:
Please note:
- The Sage username and password are both case sensitive.
- The Sage user must have access within Sage to the Sage data connected to Roveel.
- This user must have complete access to all reporting functions in Sage. Administrator access is preferred or alternatively read-only access with all area permissions:
