We take data security seriously at Roveel. Our server provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy. All data across the platform is stored in highly secure AWS data centers.
The platform has also performed exceptionally against independent penetration testers. A penetration test is an authorised simulated cyber attack on a computer system, performed to evaluate the security of the system. The test is performed to identify both vulnerabilities including the potential for unauthorised parties to gain access to the system's features and data.
Roveel also enables users to have controlled user access to certain dashboards. If one user leaves the company, their access can easily be removed under the ‘People’ menu.
- We do not disclose any customer information to anyone for any reason. No customer data or information is stored on our premises or on any local servers.
- We will never ask you to disclose your Roveel password to us.
- You will never be required to share your Roveel password with your colleagues (Roveel does not charge per user).
- Please do not write down your username or password for Roveel.
- When contacting our Roveel team, we will identify you using your registered email address or phone number.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Roveel uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) which is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity for a login or other transactions.
MFA is completely free and provides an extra layer of security over your existing password. Once set up, you will require access to an authenticator (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) which will generate a code which you will use to gain access to Roveel.
