Sage 50 & Sage Accounting:
We take data security very seriously at Roveel. Our server provider, Amazon Web Services (AWS), puts strong safeguards in place to help protect customer privacy. All data across the platform is stored in highly secure AWS data centers.
Roveel also has multi-factor authentication as a feature. Multifactor authentication (MFA) is a security system that requires more than one method of authentication from independent categories of credentials to verify the user’s identity for a login or other transactions.
The platform has also performed exceptionally against independent penetration testers. A penetration test is an authorized simulated cyber attack on a computer system, performed to evaluate the security of the system. The test is performed to identify both vulnerabilities including the potential for unauthorized parties to gain access to the system's features and data.
Roveel also enables users to have controlled user access to certain dashboards. If one user leaves the company, easily remove their access under ‘People’.
We do not disclose any customer information to anyone for any reason. No customer data or information is stored on our premises or on any local servers.
