Subscription cancellations can be made at any time by going to the "Billing" menu by clicking on the Company name at the top menu, or you can simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
As payments are made in advance of the preceding month, the subscription will continue until the next payment would be due. No refunds are given. Cancellation is effective from the next billing date.
If you have signed up through the Sage Marketplace, please log into the Sage Marketplace and select Applications, and select Cancel Roveel.
