If the Roveel connector is not syncing, it is worth checking the status of the connector application. There are 3 simple steps:
Go on to the machine where the connector is installed and open the "Services" application.
Find the "Roveel Uploader Service" in the "Services" application and check to see if it is "Running".
If the uploader is not running, right-click on the "Roveel Uploader Service" and press "Start"
