If your data is still synchronising and is out of date or if you have changed the data directory pathway of your Sage's ACCDATA folder, please follow the below guide on how to redirect which folder the connector is syncing from.
- Load up the Roveel Connector which will be installed on the same machine as the Data Directory pathway. (If the data directory folder for Sage 50 has been set up on another machine then please follow the instructions on how to move the connector here: https://roveel.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360012266938)
- To change the folder location that a Connection is pointing to, click the dropdown menu when the Connection isn’t syncing (⋮).
- Select “Change Folder” to load up the Sage Data Folder screen. Refer to Step 2 in the “Configure the Connector” article that can be found here: https://roveel.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360012266858-Configuring-the-Roveel-Connector-.
