You may be asked to provide log files to help diagnose issues with the Roveel Connector. This needs to be performed on the machine where our connector is installed.
Navigate to the following directory in Windows 'File Explorer':
For Sage 50:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Roveel\Connector\Service
For Sage 200:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Roveel\OPE\Service
Provide the two log files 'roveel_service_log.txt' and 'roveel_sagesync_log.txt' to the Roveel team member handling your support issue.
In addition, it may assist our support to also provide any archived log files. These can be located by navigating to the sub-folder labelled 'archives'.
There will likely be several archived log files in this directory, you can provide each of these files individually or we recommend to Zip the entire 'archives' folder itself to send.
