We would be grateful if you could check the following:
1) Ensure all invoices and credit notes have been posted.
Please note that our default dashboards only account for posted invoices. Please ensure that all transactions that you would expect to be displayed have been posted.
2) Check when your data last synchronised.
You can check when Roveel’s last synchronised date is by following these instructions:
Roveel synchronises with your data by default every evening. If your last synchronisation date is in excess of three days, then please ensure that the server or workstation where the Roveel connector is installed is switched on and functioning.
If the workstation or server was also recently corrupted or restarted, the Roveel Connector Application may be offline. Please check whether the Roveel Service is still running:
3) Check whether your Sage program has been modified, corrupted or updated.
If you have moved your Sage data directory folder location or are having problems with Sage, please ensure that the Roveel connector is appropriately moved to the new location of the Sage data or is restarted:
4) Check and fix your Sage data in File Maintenance.
Go to File > Maintenance and click Check Data. This will examine your Sage 50 data files to detect errors and groups any issues.
5) Check system requirements
We recommend that you install the Connector program on the same computer that your Sage Data is stored; either a server or your workstation. If the machine you’re installing the Connector on is a workstation, you’ll need to be running Windows 8.1 or a later version. If it’s a server, you’ll need Windows Server 2008 R2 or later.
We also recommend at least 5GB of free hard drive space and an internet upload speed of at least 3 Mbps. (you can test this here: https://www.speedtest.net/)
6) Check .Net Framework
Installing on a computer? For installation on a workstation, ensure your system runs Windows 8.1 or later.
Installing on a server? For installation on a server, ensure your system operates on Windows Server 2008 R2 or later, and also has .NET Framework 4.8 or later installed. Please note .NET Framework 4.8.1 is only supported on Server OS 2022 or later.
SAGE 50 REMOTE DATA ACCESS USERS ONLY: Verify the status and update of Sage Remote Data Access.
Certain users of Sage 50 might encounter challenges with Sage Remote Data Access.
If your Sage 50 data has not been refreshed between your primary location and remote sites through Remote Data Access, you can rectify this by refreshing the Remote Data Access connection.
